About

Marshall Kobrin is an attorney with AEGIS Law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and intellectual property matters.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Sports Lawyers Association. He is currently a Florida Bar Business Law Section Fellow (2024-2026), a member of the Hillsborough County Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono and Ethics and Professionalism Committees.

Marshall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Central Florida in 2014 while also completing minors in general business, sports business management, and legal studies. He went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude in 2017 with a certificate in intellectual property.

In addition to his legal work, Marshall has a passion for sports. He has served as a student equipment manager for the University of Central Florida football team and was appointed to the University of Florida Intercollegiate Athletic Committee during his time in law school. Outside of the office, Marshall cherishes spending time with his wife and two children.
